All orders with fresh and frozen products are delivered weekly on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday*. As soon as a fresh or frozen product is ordered (whether or not in combination with dry food, drinks or non-food), your order will be delivered refrigerated weekly. After ordering you will receive an email with the delivery date or we will contact you to inform you about the delivery date. It is very important that someone is present at the delivery address on the delivery day. The delivery day is always determined by orientalpanda and will be on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. In case of absence it is possible to deliver to another address but only after this has been agreed with orientalpanda. If no one is present, the refrigerated order will be dropped off at or near your address. In the event of absence, the quality guarantee of the refrigerated products lapses.
