Deze soba-noedels worden gecombineerd met een teriyakisaus die sojasaus, suiker en mirin mengt om een zoete, pittige en hartige smaak te creëren. Teriyakisaus is populair in de Japanse keuken en wordt vaak gebruikt voor gegrild vlees, wat de noedels een gebalanceerde, umami-rijke smaak geeft. -
Ingrediënten:
- Noedels: Tarwebloem, palmolie, boekweitmeel.
- Saus: Sojasaus, suiker, azijn, specerijen en smaakversterkers zoals MSG.
- Toevoegingen: Sommige versies kunnen gedroogde groenten bevatten voor extra textuur.

Bereiding:
- Verwijder de deksel en het sauszakje.
- Giet heet water in de beker tot de noedels bedekt zijn.
- Laat de noedels 3 minuten staan, giet het water af met behulp van het deksel met ingebouwde zeef.
