Dit 7-inch (17,8 cm) bamboe stoommandje heeft een opvouwbaar of vast frame met een gevlochten bamboe bodem die ervoor zorgt dat de stoom vrij kan circuleren rond het voedsel. Het is lichtgewicht, duurzaam en milieuvriendelijk, geschikt voor zowel thuisgebruik als professioneel koken. Voor een lange levensduur wordt aanbevolen om het handmatig te wassen en goed te drogen na elk gebruik, en niet langdurig in water te laten weken. Past in meeste standaard stoompannen en is perfect voor het bereiden van authentieke Aziatische gerechten.
