Sempio Ssamjang is een gekruide sojabonenpasta die geen dierlijke ingrediënten bevat en perfect is voor een veganistisch dieet. Deze pasta heeft een rijke umami-smaak door de fermentatie van sojabonen en de toevoeging van diverse kruiden.

Ingrediënten:
- Gefermenteerde sojabonen (sojabonen, zout).
- Gember.
- Knoflook.
- Lente-uitjes.
- Chilipoeder.
- Suiker.
- Sesamolie.
- Specerijen en smaakstoffen.

Gebruik:
- Gebruik als dip voor groenten, rijst of gegrild voedsel.
- Voeg toe aan roerbakgerechten of soepen voor extra smaak.
- Gebruik als smaakmaker in marinades of sauzen.

Smaakprofiel:
De pasta heeft een hartige umami-smaak met een subtiele pittigheid en een lichte zoetheid. De combinatie van gefermenteerde sojabonen en kruiden zorgt voor een rijke en complexe smaak. -
Opslag:
Bewaar de pasta op een koele, droge plaats. Na opening in de koelkast bewaren en binnen enkele weken gebruiken voor de beste smaak. -
