Deze rijstazijn is ontworpen om sushi-rijst op smaak te brengen. Het heeft een milde, zoetzure smaak die perfect is voor het mengen met gekookte rijst, waardoor de karakteristieke smaak van sushi-rijst ontstaat.

Ingrediënten:
- Rijstazijn.
- Suiker.
- Zout.

Gebruik:
- Meng de azijn met gekookte rijst nadat deze is afgekoeld tot kamertemperatuur.
- Gebruik ongeveer 2-3 eetlepels azijn per kopje ongekookte rijst, afhankelijk van de gewenste smaak.
- Meng voorzichtig zodat de rijst gelijkmatig bedekt is en laat de rijst afkoelen voordat u deze gebruikt voor sushi.

De azijn heeft een milde, zoetige zuurheid die de sushi-rijst een delicate en authentieke smaak geeft. -
Opslag:
Bewaar op een koele, droge plaats. Na opening in de koelkast bewaren en binnen enkele maanden gebruiken. -
Opmerking:
Deze rijstazijn is specifiek ontwikkeld voor sushi-rijst en kan ook worden gebruikt in andere Aziatische gerechten voor een extra smaakdimensie.
