Hakutsuru Yuzu Liqueur (700 ml, 9.5% ABV) is produced in Japan by Hakutsuru. Made by blending a neutral distilled spirit with natural yuzu juice or extract and sugar, it offers intense yuzu zest, floral and bergamot-like notes, a pale yellow color and a light, slightly syrupy mouthfeel. Serve chilled neat, over ice, in highballs, spritzes or sours, or use to flavor desserts, glazes, dressings and sauces.
