Tian Hu Shan Sencha Tea, 100 g, is a traditional Japanese sencha made from steamed tea leaves. The leaves are vibrant green and yield a clear, golden-green liquor when brewed. It offers a fresh grassy aroma with hints of oceanic freshness and mild floral notes. The flavor profile includes delicate vegetal and seaweed-like undertones, balanced by mild sweetness and a gentle astringency. Recommended brewing: water at 70–80°C, 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) per 150–200 ml, steep for 1–2 minutes. Store in a cool, dry, odor-free place, sealed in an airtight container. Best enjoyed fresh brewed hot or iced, pairing well with light Japanese cuisines, seafood, salads, or rice dishes. Contains caffeine; not suitable for infants.
