Panch Puran, wat "vijf kruiden" betekent, is een traditionele Indiase kruidenmix bestaande uit een combinatie van vijf specerijen. Deze mix voegt diepte en complexiteit toe aan gerechten en wordt vaak gebruikt in stoofschotels, curry's en als smaakmaker voor groenten en peulvruchten.
