- Curry’s & Stoofgerechten: Essentieel in Zuid-Indiase en Sri Lankaanse gerechten zoals sambar en korma.
- Tadka (Kruiden in olie bakken): Vaak gefruit met mosterdzaad, komijn en chilipepers voor extra diepte.
- Soepen & Bouillons: Versterkt de smaak van linzensoepen, rasam en pittige bouillons.
