Deze yakitori saus is gemaakt met een uitgebalanceerde mix van sojasaus, mirin en suiker, wat zorgt voor een zoete en hartige smaak met een lichte zuurtegraad. Perfect voor het glaceren van gegrilde kippenspiesjes (yakitori) en kan ook worden gebruikt als marinade of dipsaus voor diverse soorten vlees en groenten.
Inhoud:
- 1 liter per fles.
- Zoete en hartige saus op basis van soja.
Toepassingen: Ideaal voor het grillen en glaceren van yakitori spiesjes, maar ook veelzijdig genoeg voor andere gegrilde gerechten, roerbakgerechten of als dipsaus. Versterkt de smaak van zowel vlees als groenten.
Smaak: Zoet, hartig en mild zuur, met rijke umami tonen.
Bewaring: Bewaren op een koele, droge plek, uit direct zonlicht. Na openen in de koelkast bewaren en binnen enkele weken gebruiken voor de beste smaak.
