Diese Yakitori-Sauce wird aus einer ausgewogenen Mischung von Sojasauce, Mirin und Zucker hergestellt, was ihr einen süß-salzigen Geschmack mit einer leichten Säure verleiht. Perfekt zum Glasieren von gegrillten Hühnchenspießen (Yakitori) und kann auch als Marinade oder Dip für verschiedene Fleisch- und Gemüsegerichte verwendet werden.
Inhalt:
- 1 Liter pro Flasche.
- Süß-salzige Sojasauce.
Verwendung: Ideal zum Grillen und Glasieren von Yakitori-Spießen, kann aber auch vielseitig für andere gegrillte oder gebratene Gerichte sowie als Dip verwendet werden. Verleiht Fleisch und Gemüse eine besondere Note.
Geschmack: Süß, salzig und leicht sauer, mit reichhaltigen Umami-Noten.
Lagerung: Kühl und trocken lagern, vor Sonnenlicht schützen. Nach dem Öffnen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und innerhalb weniger Wochen verbrauchen, um den besten Geschmack zu gewährleisten.
