THS Oolong Thee, 100 g, bevat hoogwaardige gedroogde theebladeren die gedeeltelijk geoxideerd zijn, waardoor een balans ontstaat tussen groene en zwarte thee. De bladeren zijn diepgroen tot bruin en geven een aromatische geur met bloemige, honingachtige en fruitige tonen. Bij het zetten krijgt de infusie een oranje of goudgele kleur met complexe aroma’s van bloeiende bloemen, gebakken fruit en geroosterde nuances. De smaak is vol, rijk, met een zachte textuur, een evenwichtige zoetheid en een lange, heldere afdronk. Zet warm met 90–95°C (194–203°F), ongeveer 1 theelepel (2 g) per 150–200 ml, 3–5 minuten laten trekken. Meerdere malen infuseren is mogelijk; pas de trektijd aan voor de gewenste smaak. Bewaar in een koele, droge en luchtdichte omgeving.
