THS Oolong Thé, 100 g, offre des feuilles de haute qualité, partiellement oxydées, permettant un équilibre entre thé vert et thé noir. Les feuilles sont d’un vert profond à brunâtre et dégagent un parfum floral, miel et fruité. Lors de l’infusion, le liquide a une couleur ambrée ou dorée, avec des arômes complexes de fleurs en pleine floraison, de fruits cuits et de nuances toastées. La saveur est riche, pleine, avec une texture douce, une douceur équilibrée et une finale longue et agréable. Infuser à 90–95°C (194–203°F), environ 1 cuillère à thé (2 g) pour 150–200 ml, laisser infuser 3–5 minutes. Plusieurs infusions sont possibles ; ajuster le temps en fonction du goût. Conserver dans un endroit frais, sec et hermétique.
