Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo Sake (300 ml, 14,5% ABV) is een premium sake van Hakutsuru. Gemaakt van hoog gepolijste rijst, water, koji en gist, zonder toegevoegd gedistilleerd alcohol. De ginjo-brouwtechniek en hogere polijstgraad benadrukken geurige esters en een lichtere, verfijnde textuur vergeleken met standaard junmai. Uiterlijk: helder, bleke stro‑ tot bijna transparante kleur. Aroma: subtiele tonen van peer, appel, meloen en bloemige of koji‑rijstzoetheid met fijne complexiteit. Smaak: schoon en fris, zachte fruitigheid, lichte umami, frisse zuurgraad en een zijdezachte, licht droge tot medium afdronk. Serveer goed gekoeld (5–10 °C) of op koele kamertemperatuur; combineer met sashimi, visgerechten, lichte gevogeltegerechten, salades en milde kazen. Bewaar rechtop op een koele, donkere plaats; na openen koelen en binnen enkele dagen tot weken consumeren voor de beste kwaliteit. Controleer het etiket voor exacte polijstingsgraad (seimaibuai), rijstsoort en bewaaradvies.
