Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo Sake (300 ml, 14.5% ABV) is a premium sake produced by Hakutsuru. Made from highly polished rice, water, koji and yeast with no added distilled alcohol, the ginjo brewing method and higher polishing ratio emphasize fragrant esters and a lighter, more refined texture than standard junmai. Appearance is clear, often pale straw to near-transparent. Aroma shows delicate notes of pear, apple, melon, and floral or rice-koji sweetness. The palate is clean and bright, with gentle fruitiness, soft umami, crisp acidity and a silky, slightly dry to medium finish. Serve well chilled (5–10 °C) or at cool room temperature; pair with sashimi, seafood, light poultry dishes, salads and mild cheeses. Store upright in a cool, dark place; refrigerate after opening and consume within a few days to weeks for best quality.
