Hakutsuru Junmai Sake (720 ml, 15% ABV) is a Japanese pure-rice sake produced by Hakutsuru. Made from polished rice, water, yeast and koji (no added distilled alcohol), it emphasizes rice-derived flavors, umami depth and a full-bodied mouthfeel compared with lighter ginjo styles. Appearance is clear and pale straw to slightly golden. Aroma presents gentle rice, steamed grain and subtle cereal or nutty notes. The palate offers soft rice sweetness, moderate acidity, savory umami, and a clean, lingering finish. Serve slightly chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed (not boiling) depending on preference and food pairing. Store upright in a cool, dark place; refrigerate after opening and consume within a few days to weeks for best quality. Check the bottle for exact polishing ratio (seimaibuai), ingredients and storage instructions.
