- Gebruik: Ideaal voor het bereiden van Massaman curry met vlees, groenten of tofu.

- Curry: Verhit een beetje olie in een pan en voeg de curry-pasta toe. Bak de pasta kort aan totdat de aroma's vrijkomen. Voeg daarna vlees, groenten of tofu toe, samen met kokosmelk en eventueel wat water of bouillon. Laat het geheel sudderen totdat de ingrediënten gaar zijn en de smaken goed zijn gemengd.
- Tips: Pas de kruiden naar smaak aan. Voeg zout, suiker of vissaus toe als dat nodig is.
- Serveersuggesties: Serveer de curry met rijst of naanbrood voor een authentieke Thaise maaltijd.
Opslag:
- Koeling: Na opening in de koelkast bewaren en binnen enkele weken gebruiken.
- Vriesoptie: Kan ook ingevroren worden voor langere bewaring. Zorg ervoor dat je het goed verpakt om vriesbrand te voorkomen.
