Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo Sake (720 ml, 14,5% Vol.) ist ein Premium-Sake von Hakutsuru. Hergestellt aus hoch poliertem Reis, Wasser, Koji und Hefe ohne zugesetzten Destillatalkohol. Die Ginjo‑Brauweise und der hohe Poliergrad fördern aromatische Ester und eine leichtere, raffinierte Textur im Vergleich zum Junmai‑Standard. Erscheinungsbild: klar, blass strohfarben bis nahezu transparent. Bouquet: feine Noten von Birne, Apfel, Melone sowie blumige oder Koji‑Süße mit subtiler Komplexität. Geschmack: sauber und frisch, sanfte Fruchtigkeit, leichte Umami‑Noten, knackige Säure und eine seidige, leicht trockene bis mittlere Abgang. Gut gekühlt servieren (5–10 °C) oder bei kühler Zimmertemperatur; passt zu Sashimi, Meeresfrüchten, leichten Geflügelgerichten, Salaten und milden Käsesorten. Kühl und dunkel aufrecht lagern; nach dem Öffnen kühlen und innerhalb weniger Tage bis Wochen verbrauchen für beste Qualität. Bitte Etikett für genaue Polierangabe (Seimaibuai), Reissorte und Lagerhinweise prüfen.
