Panch Puran, was „fünf Gewürze“ bedeutet, ist eine aromatische Mischung, die typischerweise aus Fenchelsamen, Senfkörnern, Kreuzkümmel, Bockshornkleesamen und Koriandersamen besteht. Diese Mischung wird oft in der indischen Küche verwendet, um Currys, Eintöpfe und Gemüsegerichte zu würzen. Die Gewürze werden meist ganz geröstet, um ihre Aromen zu intensivieren.
Inhalt:
- 100 Gramm pro Packung.
- Enthält eine Mischung aus fünf Gewürzen.
Verwendung: Ideal zum Würzen von Currys, Eintöpfen und Pfannengerichten. Auch geeignet zum Aromatisieren von Öl oder Ghee für zusätzlichen Geschmack.
Geschmack: Eine harmonische Mischung aus fünf Gewürzen, die komplexe und würzige Aromen bietet.
Aufbewahrung: An einem kühlen, trockenen Ort aufbewahren, vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung schützen. Nach dem Öffnen gut verschließen, um die Frische zu erhalten.
